How pricing works #
Price steps with quantity, not with promises about volume you have not ordered yet. A one-unit order is quoted as a one-unit order; a container is quoted as a container, with the container density published per model so you can see the freight effect before you commit. We do not quote a container price and then deliver one unit at it.
| Order shape | What changes |
|---|---|
| 1–2 units | Per-unit price, freight dominates the landed cost. Best for a market test or a specific customer order. |
| Mixed container | Per-unit price improves; models can be combined in one box where the density allows. |
| Full container, one model | Best per-unit price. Requires committing to a single configuration and colour. |
| SKD instead of CBU | Lower freight per unit, assembly labour at your end. Sensible once you have a workshop. |
Territory #
We do not sell exclusivity before there is a track record, because an exclusive territory held by a dealer who orders twice a year costs both sides. What we will do is tell you honestly who else we are quoting in your country, so you are not competing against our own price list without knowing it.
What we supply with every unit #
- Certificate of conformity for the individual vehicle.
- Invoice, packing list and VIN photographs.
- EU responsible person details for the registration file.
- A specification sheet generated from the same data as the model page.
What we can help with on your side #
Studio and detail images per model, licensed for your own site and listings.
Category-accurate English text you can translate, rather than a machine translation of a Chinese listing.
The document checklist your registration office will ask for, in the order they ask for it.
Identified against the manufacturing system for the VIN, quoted in one to two days.
After-sales, in practice #
- Warranty is 12 months on parts, against the manufacturing system that built the vehicle.
- Consumables and body panels are usually held by the manufacturer; motors and controllers are model-specific.
- Photograph the failed part on the vehicle and send the VIN. That is faster than a description and avoids the wrong side being shipped.
- Consolidate parts with your next vehicle order where the timing allows — it is usually cheaper than a parcel.
